Hello everyone, I have a little knowledge of this internet, you can tell me if I can surf with google, internet explore, facebook or youtube?

Olá pessoal deste fórum tenho pouco conhecimento desta outernet, vocês que tem pode me dizer se com ela (outernet) posso navegar no google, internet explore, facebook ou youtube?

Outernet is receiving only. SO youc an only Download but not Upload.

Because of that you can NOT surf in the Internet. Also the max data/day is 20MB, so Videos and high res images are out of the question.
