Since 2 days I no longer receive data from Alphasat on 1546.25 MHz.
Is this the already announced end?

Yes, @Zebra The end of the L-band service was announced in November last year (2017). The L-Band service continued until recently in January.
On December 17, 2017 @Syed made the following announcement:
Outernet 3.0: 30kbps now, 100kbps eventually - even smaller antenna
We are expecting final details at the end of this month.
