CHIP board not boot

I bought outernet kit three month ago, and I try to run again today, but board not boot, I connect serial cable and it show me:

U-Boot SPL 2016.01 (Jan 01 2017 - 00:00:00)
DRAM: 0 MiB
### ERROR ### Please RESET the board ###

Any suggestions ??

That’s not right. How long was it working for?

It was working two days some weeks ago , all ok, but I connected again this weekend, and I get this crash.

Obviously, recover with VirtualBox not possible :frowning:

The CHIP has problem !!!

Check to make sure you are using a USB Data cable not a charge only cable. Make sure you have your FEL jumper in the right place and it is making contact in the hole.
