You can’t access Internet using Outernet Lighthouse.

ok i know i can only use offline internet (your 1gm data daily), but can i use it without any dish only with that device ? and do you have any device with carry battery ? i saw ad of your carry device !

Lighthouse requires a dish and LNB to operate. It is also not a portable device. It needs to be connected to a stable power outlet.
