If will not work in Brazil unfortunately I have to cancel the order.

Coverage in South America is provided via Eutelsat 113W. We have users on that satellite. Two receivers are currently reporting reception on that bird.
You can receive Outernet from Eutelsat 113W. Please let us know if you need any help to set up your dish.
