Our air gap antenna is RHCP. If you are reflecting off a dish, would you need a LHCP pickup?

So I’ve been told. We’ve never tried for extreme gain, so I don’t have first-hand knowledge about this.

Correct about reflecting off a dish. I wonder if it’s just a matter of attaching the feed line at the opposite end of the brass looking plate?

In the air gap antenna, the notches in the brass part give it the RHCP. I will have to study what’s needed to reverse the polarization for LHCP.
