The shipping experience left much to be desired and many people asking us this question. We get it and we want to make everything as clear as possible so that we can collect the correct shipping amount. We will be using BackerKit to fulfill our IndieGoGo campaign. If you included shipping in your original pledge or added it later, this will be reflected in BackerKit when we email you. If you still need to add shipping fees to your order, you can do this via BackerKit too.
Until we reach out via BackerKit, we will not be able to accept any payments for shipping. We seriously appreciate your enthusiasm to get us the funds, but manually processing the payment and updating the backend is too much for our small staff.
