We are currently in a transition period, where the frequency settings are changing in both the North American and European coverage areas. More details can be found here. These are the steps to restarting the service.
- Finalize new lease with operator
- Remove old, faulty equipment from teleport
- Send new equipment to teleport
- Bring up new carrier
The process is the same for both beams. I will update this thread when the North American beam is turned off. I expect this entire process to take three weeks. Most of the delay is related to shipping. Even FedEx International Priority goes only so fast.
