Someone must have downloaded the page and just sent it. If they included the audio, it might not have been sent yet.
I think the News is RSS driven, so I think it’s just automated.
I don’t imagine there are plans to do audio due to bandwidth constraints.
There have been audio files before, also on the current L-band service. Spoken news etc.
A short item like this should certainly be possible.
Think I have to enable on the DC, Is this correct? Haven’t done it yet.
