Why not create a PDF with a printable template for an LNB cone (with mounting leads). Then people could just order a sheet of foil covered cardstock (there is probably something even cheaper out there), cut out the shape, and have an LNB cone for increasing their signal strength. All relatively cheaply. This has probably been suggested before, but I know how people like turn-key solutions.

Will the card stock get ruined by rain?
Depends on the card stock, but the foil is water proof, so if it’s coated on both sides, shouldn’t be that big a deal. Worth playing around with to find out. Would be better than a Pringles can with foil on both sides.
What about plastic cheat with metal coding, does this exist?
