why outernet channel in hotbird is down from iran?

Please check your dish. We have two monitors on HB and they are both looking good.

dish is Ok , and i can watch the hotbird channel , but when connect to hdstar+rp2 become this error:
“Loading user interface…
If interface does not appear to load for more than 10 minutes, you should restart the receiver.”

The first boot does take several minutes, depending on your SD card speed.
