Is APRS message transfer in Europe via Astra 3B working?

Can any of the esteemed colleagues confirm that it is currently working to send messages from APRS to OTHERNET ?
All attempts since Monday /13.05/ have been unsuccessful…
It works to send regular messages from the forum.

However, I have a question: why is everything /randomly?/ transported to Othernet, and not only messages that contain the word OUTNET or OTHER in the body ?
