Lights are turned OFF

Hi,
I’ve just received the outlet device. As you see from the image, the three LEDs are turned on, non of them is blinking, after a few seconds all of them are turned off, and no Outernet wifi signal appears on my laptop. What could be the problem?

Hi,
In my experience , that was what happened when the power supply was not powerful enough to power the devices.
I would (firstly) try a different power supply, the more amps the better.

Hi,
Thank you Neil. yes, you are right. I bought a new adapter of 2A output which solved the problem.
But obtaining >3dB SNR and “YES” for Lock is a torturing job.
