yes and its blinking but not sure how to set it up. I looked at the router and was not sure what to look for

Use a WiFi equip computer and connect to the WiFi called Outernet. Once connected, you will have a different Gateway address 10.x.x.x.x (can’t remember) - - not your normal one, but anyway, if you go to the gateway address in a bowser, it should bring up the Skylark screen. Ken

No - - 192.168.1.119 in my router’s assigned IP address for my DC - - it will only work at my house.

Are you connected to the Outernet WiFi hotspot now? Ken
