You are claiming that your aim is solving of: Global Information Inequality and Censorship of Ideas! but www.outernet.is website is hosted on one of the Google’s services (Google code) which is not freely accessible to us!
Due to sanctions against Iran, Google Punished ordinary Iranian peoples and don’t let them access to some of its services:
