Outernet Facebook page has been taken down after copyright infringement report by Tomorrow’s Technologies, Inc. They seem to believe they own the trademark.

It seems it’s related to OuterNet name, which used to be a TM used by cloud management service or something along those lines. Once Source Networks acquired OuterNet in 2013, but Tomorrow’s Technologies, Inc. kept the name for itself. AFAICT, it’s not being used by either company.
Just to wrap this up: The Facebook page was restored a couple hours after Outernet’s intellectual property lawyer (thanks Claire!) submitted supporting documentation to the appropriate form. Apparently, Facebook agrees that there is no likelihood for confusion between what we are currently doing and and the activities that Tomorrow’s Technologies previously engaged in.
