I am in north Texas, using a recently purchased Lighthouse to receive from Galaxy 19. I show to be receiving at a bit rate of around 90 - 95, with good quality. After setting things up last week, I received file bundle shown in screenshot below, but have received nothing else. I tried power cycling the Lighthouse and each time everything came back up to the same bit rate and showed Waiting for data, but then Waiting for data went away and only showed the received bundle. What can I do to troubleshoot why I am not receiving files? I also have recent log files that I can send along if they’ll help.
Hi Dale. Can you navigate to the File Manager view and tell me the title of the file? We sent a pretty large video file last week. We’ve been troubleshooting some internal hiccups, which is why the carousel has been a little thin. More stuff will be added this week.

As an update I did begin receiving additional files last night, so my system is functioning correctly. However, it did prompt me to wonder why some files (some of the Khan Academy videos) are showing in folders while others are only showing in the root of the Librarian Files display. I have searched and can’t find any documentation on how folders are managed within Librarian. Is this automatic or do I have to SSH in and manage the folders manually?
3 days ago my last bundle received was “2016-07-27-23-20-27-851…16-07-27-23-20-27-851884” My signal is and has remained fine. It is registering 95K bitrate however nothing is downloading.
I’ve been searching logs and “Jul 31 23:30:54 outernetrx user.warn ondd[1304]: [main] timed out waiting for PMT” has shown up quite a bit.
What I would like to figure out is if this is a problem with the carousel or my particular receiver.
