Je suis nouveau, Je viens de recevoir mon kit.
Je ne parviens pas à recevoir le satellite Astra 3B
J’ai bien respecté les information du site dishpointer.com

Make sure you change your region to EU in the tuner app.

If you did you most likely you just have an alignment issue. The easiest method I have found is to use a compass app to point in the general direction (in your case 152 degrees) and then starting at the horizon slowly sweep back and forth a few degrees while raising elevation. Once you get close you will see data in the tuner status page, then fine tune for best snr.

There is always the possibility for obstructions. Something as little as a tree branch can cause problems.

If your still not finding signal check under log viewer/ diagnostics to see if your lnb is detected.

It should work in france, this is the position the integrated SatCalc app in skylark show for your position, just point the LNB to this position and take a look into the tuner app status:

Looking at https://status.othernet.is/ all receivers in europe are red in the framelock picture. I guess there is a general problem.

J’ai bien sélectionné EU.
Dans le diagnostic tout est OK.
Je suis bien à 152°E et élévation à 31°.

Je referais des essais demain, j’aurais plus de temps.
Je vous tiendrais informé.

Tout fonctionne correctement.
J’ai acheté une nouvelle tête LNB.
Celle livré avec le kit est défectueuse.
