What is the procedure to become an authorized supplier or channel partner for Outernet product/device?

You can PM me directly about this. To be clear, though, do you understand that this is a one-way data broadcasting service? We do not offer internet access.

My main interest is use of this facility towards “Knowledge Society Initiative”. I am not so sure now if I will be able to receive Education and skill files on demand?

Your interests are definitely in line with our own, but unfortunately, we can’t provide files on demand to specific individuals. Well, I guess we could, but it would be incredibly expensive for that individual. It’s always best to remember that we are a broadcast service; one to many.
I opted just seeing that content that you broadcast deals with EDUCATION and SKILLS. Now this vision is getting imparted.
