I’d expect Aliexpress to be available within Russia.

We don’t currently have coverage in Russia. As an American-company I don’t think we can knowingly allow any of our products to be imported into Russia. Believe me, I would very much like to provide a channel for information access, but I don’t know how to do so, in light of all of the sanctions that have been imposed.
