Short report with the new ORx 2.4 vers

I have a DIY receiver, with PCTV 461e dvb-s2 receiver. Previously I used it with the first rasbian-based system with tvheadend, and I received lot of contents from the Hotbird sat.
Some weeks ago I made an update to the new system, and some days ago I changed to the 2.4 version image.
That time I havenot too much time to try receive something from the sat. 10 of july was a big storm with heavy wind here, and it turned off my dish at the roof.
Some days ago I made a new repositioning, with a set-top-box, finally I got the Signal level approx in 75 percentage with it. After this in the next days I didnot received anything with the new setup. I was confused, where can I search the problems. I didnot find info, are there any live broadcast from the Hotbird or not.
I regularly checked the System Log (messages) from the Dasboard, and finally I found, there are some update in the /files/tweets part of the download filesystem. It seems, there isnot any regular new files at the Updates part. If I understand well, at the librarian sw we can see visible signals about newly arrived contents if the system sucessfully received any new, outernet-compatible files.
Now it is clear, my setup is working, but it seems me, it would be usefull to follow somewhere, what is the live broadcast on the used satellite, if it has any.
Now it started to download big movie files, it would be successfully receive, if I waiting long time to finishing it. (dont switch on and off, as I used in the previous test periods.)
Here are two short parts of my log file. In the first sequence you can see, how it find and inicialize the PCTV receiver. In the second part you can see the log of the recieved tweetter feeds, and finally some movie files.
It appears many time the ondd daemon warning messages:
14 07:49:57 orxpi user.warn ondd[264]: [main] timed out waiting for PMT
It seems, me, it is “normal” messages, if there isnot any contents for receiving.

Ops, I run into a loop:
If I restart the ORx, it initializes the /data partition. Consequently I lost all the downloaded contents.
It seems me, it causes, because after some unclean switch off need fsck, but it isnot applied automatically, and the startup script start to reformat the last/data partition.

Yeah, I believe unclean shutdown would cause card corruption and subsequent destruction of data and other partitions. I’ll look into this a bit more in the coming weeks.
