On the Outernet dashboard: what does it mean if signal bars look grayed out with an “x” above the first bar. And little line of squares through all 4 bars.

That’s what the first Tuner displayed after a couple weeks working OK. Received the new one. Put it it. Fantastic! Sometimes seeing SNR of 7. Mostly 5.5 to 6.5. LNA is the newest one. Don’t think the 1st is bad. Not changing anything for few day while I watch performance. Cooler weather from now on helps. Got email from Outernet Team to return Tuner when I want to.
