I’m looking at the GitHub - Othernet-Project/outernet-linux-lband: Outernet L-band on Linux desktop software. The binary sdr100-1.0.4 links to libmirisdr and/or librtlsdr through libstarsdr. Both libmirisdr and librtlsdr are free software projects released under the GPL (not LGPL). Therefore, I believe that the source code for sdr100-1.0.4 should be made available under a free software licence compatible with the GPL in order to comply with the licence terms of libmirisdr and librtlsdr. I haven’t found any such source code online.
