Hello Everybody! First of all, it is a pleasure to be part of this community. I´m part of a team that believes in a new form of government. We assume that according to the principles of International Public Law, it is possible to create a new digital country from scratch, we name it " The Digital Republic". We are trying to figure out which could be the best infrastructure to place it, we are considering the possibilities to set it up into the OTHERNET as a service. I would like to hear some comments about that.
