I was just sitting here multitasking on my laptop, reading something else and having the Freakonomics feed being read to me with the TextAloud for chrome. I was just wondering what the Outernet group might think about adding TTS to the DC. On the display, they could show the content and a user could select what they want and have it read to them. This would expand the user base for people that don’t use computers or phones. Or if they break the DC doesn’t become a fancy paperweight. Fbreader could be an option as well, I know on android it will read to you.
