what happens if the satellites fails to transmit or receive data ,who will make it repair it , what about the time delay to fetch data from internet by a satellite and re transmit it to the electronic gadgets .what about the reliability for transmission of data while using UDP ,what happen if congestion occur on outer net . Is there any new protocols required for using outer net.
Well its a down-link so your not sending anything to the satellite so I can’t see how it would be affected depending on the number of users.
