When will the Outernet be available in Iraq?

It should already be available in Iraq. See this coverage map of Hotbird: HOTBIRD 13B, 13C, 13E | Eutelsat Satellites | Eutelsat

If you go to the Outernet channel: HotBird (13.0°E) 11,470 V 27,500 5/6

Then you will find a static page on your tv. It says “Outernet: This is a Data Broadcast”

But watching a static image on tv is not what Outernet is for. Do you have access to a Raspberry Pi computer?
