Walk all around your property and try to eye a sweet spot through the trees. Bring your compass. It may not be feasible to put your antenna there. But you never know. I had a similar problem till I moved the antenna a bit.

Just found a signal again and lock , between -9 and -10 on a dish that can normally do a plus 3-4, highest mount so far about 3 foot above the back roof. I don’t know how often the stats update but east Tennessee marker should go green.

Noticed the LNA was not aligned with the dish arm, first adjusted the LNA so it was centered , than went searching for the signal and surprise surprise back up to the plus 3 to 5 SNR performance expected, also looks like I found an open spot between the trees.

Very good. Document all the things you did to make it work. That’s my problem. I sometimes forget.
