While trying to use OuternetInABox for windows I noticed that AFE gain in constantly set to 48 dB which is very high and overloads rtl-sdr dongle. Noise floor increases and hides Outernet signal.
Other software like SDR# shows SNR about 6 dB (with AFE gain of 25.4 dB), which is not perfect but possibly could be enough for decoding.
It would greate if demod utility will have a configuration option for AFE gain.
At least currently there is nothing similar in demod help:
