Please design a software which is appropriate for users who are using Win/8/Xp, because most of them have DVB tuners for satellite fishing (some thing like offline download).

What kind of tuner do you use now?
DVB-S / and the brand of that is TBS Qbox, but there is a lot of brands and models for DVB’s such as: sky star, tevii… . DVB-S is the most popular system that the all of the satellite tuners for PC is supporting it.
in our region users are using programs like SkyGrabber to fish (receive) offline data from specific -frequencies.
