Hello i have a question Someone i read that I need to email or contact Outernet to view content is I’m in places where there is no internet what’s so ever. What about Cellphones what about if there is no cellphone services say I’m on a island where there is no phone service or internet connection . How would we request Content if we can not let outernet know? Wouldn’t a transmitter and receiver would work for that? What i mean is not let others upload content But a way to message the Outernet team know to view this content?
