I have a 3.03 board sitting around doing nothing. Can I connect it to a new Bullseye LNB and get a signal? If not, is there anything else I can do with it besides hanging it on a wall as art?

To all - - my Internet Provider, COMCAST, had another failure here in Maryland, and restored my service with a new IP address which has my Dreamcatcher Port Forwarded.
