Will Outernet be for all online gaming devices, netbooks, & laptops along w/ mobile phones or is it just for mobile phones only?
Just so we’re on the same page, Outernet will mostly broadcast static content (most of it comprised of HTML pages and images). All of the devices you mention would be able to access Outernet’s content directly or indirectly.
