Frequency Confirmation for Skylark

Just needing verification for the Current frequency and beam settings for both Skylark and the Newer board versions.

For SES-2 in North America, it’s 12058.1 MHz (or 12.0581 GHz). Beam type is 36.
In Skylark the UI allows you to enter a specific frequency under Custom.

For the new Dreamcatcher, just click on the US-button and it will populate the correct frequency in the field (2308.1 MHz). The radio parameters that are populated by default are correct (coding rate 4/5 and spreading factor of 9).
