Yabaworld, there is no evidence that radio energy on the concentrations that they propose to employ pose any effect upon humanity or wildlife whatsoever. The little evidence that humans can be effected at all relates to a very small minority of people with a particular sensitivity to high density background noise from urban areas. Wifi transmissions from low earth orbit would be too diffuse to matter, as they would barely be detectable above the, quite natural, background noise.
Well, if there were undesirable effects from these kinds of signals we should be more worried about cities that have much stronger signals than this. Also many forms of signals are broadcast from satellites already. This signal will not be like putting Earth in a giant microwave.
