Just today, the reception problems I have encountered last week in Annapolis, MD, outside of Washington, DC, seem to be resolved. Rssi is stable again, bit rate is running at 20 kBits, and SNRs are in the - 7 dB area. Still, up the coast, it seems as though there still may be problems I attribute to SES-2’s transmit pattern.
