Looking for some advice on planning and wiring a circuit for a project, is this anyone’s topic of interest and if so, might you like to discuss further over email? A bunch of gung-ho college students got themselves in a project [unrelated to school] way over their heads and would appreciate any advice for newbies 
What kind of circuit?
Ki-cad is pretty good for DIYing a PCB and planning it too(vs Eagle).
It is also free and open source it can output Gerber files to send off to a PCB printer.
