Solar forecast and status info

As the sun is perking up for the next 11 year cycle. It would be nice for hams to be able to receive the solar flux A, K index and storm forecast from NIST (WWV) via Othernet. There are also warnings of solar storms that could impact othernet. It would be nice if it was an applet in skylark, but just a news update would be great. The band width would be minimal and like VOA it is US Govt produced so free content:
https://www.swpc.noaa.gov/products/geophysical-alert-wwv-text
example would be
:Product: Geophysical Alert Message wwv.txt
:Issued: 2020 Dec 23 1805 UTC

Prepared by the US Dept. of Commerce, NOAA, Space Weather Prediction Center

Good idea!

Several years ago the idea of earthquakes, tsunami and other worldwide alerts were mentioned. But this idea seemed to fizzle.

The ideas of a warning bell/light output from dreamcatcher board was also proposed.

I think even an idea of ‘you have mail’ light indicating something/interesting had arrived.

These all seem like good ideas.
