No, you should disconnect your pc from your home wi-fi and connect it to the wi-fi network called Outernet. No router and no home network. Just your PC connected to the Outernet hotspot on the Dreamcatcher. Just make sure you have the password for your home network to reconnect later.

Do you see a list of wifi networks on you computer? (like in ken’s screenshot)
it sees my tablet but not dreamcatcher
And the dreamcatcher has power? Lights are flashing? The Sd card is inserted?
If you look on your tablet and use that to look for wifi networks what do you see?
Ok I was able to connect with the tablet and am now at guest login
